It does not have to do with the size of your head, as both sizes have the same head band diameter. So, what size should you choose? SM: Will suit you if you have straight hair, down to around mid back. It will also suit you if you have thin, short curly hair. ML: Will suit you if you have curly hair past your shoulders, or super long straight hair.	19 momme grade (6A grade) silk pillowcase of a standard size.
