The difference between the two sizes of silk sleeping caps has to do with the amount of room in the body of the cap. It does not have to do with the size of your head, as both sizes have the same head band diameter. So, what size should you choose? SM: Will suit you if you have straight hair, down to around mid back. It will also suit you if you have thin, short curly hair. ML: Will suit you if you have curly hair past your shoulders, or super long straight hair.	19 momme grade (6A grade) silk pillowcase of a standard size.
