The difference between the two sizes of silk sleeping caps has to do with the amount of room in the body of the cap. It does not have to do with the size of your head, as both sizes have the same head band diameter.

So, what size should you choose?

S/M: Will suit you if you have straight/thin hair shorter than half way down your back. If you have curly/ extremely thick hair, we would recommend sizing up to the ML to ensure your curls aren't squashed.

M/L: Will suit you if you have curly, or long hair.

X/L: Will suit you if you have a large afro, or very long thick/curly hair.
