COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE 

Please understand and expect major delays on both AusPost’s domestic and international services when ordering due to:

  • Limited flights
  • Social distancing requirements
  • Substantial increase in parcel volumes

Australian Standard shipping

Delays on standard shipping to be expected. AusPost is prioritising Express post parcels first.

Australian Express shipping

AusPost is temporarily suspending Express post guarantee for next day delivery. Please expect delays.

International shipping

Please expect major delays of up to 2-4 weeks.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. It is important that you provide us with a secure address as the courier will safely leave your parcel if you are not home. All orders will be processed within 24 hrs between Monday to Friday. You can track how long your parcel will take to arrive to you here.

Australia:

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $80
  • Standard shipping: $6
  • Express shipping: $10

New Zealand:

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $140
  • Standard:$14
  • Express: $20

United States – we are currently not shipping to the United States due to major delays

United Kingdom:

  • Standard: $25

Japan:

  • Standard: $20

Returns and refunds

Please note that the return and warranty policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from our website strandsofsilk.com.au. If your Strands of Silk products has been purchased from elsewhere, please contact them directly.

Faulty Items

At Strands of Silk we want to ensure that all of our customers receive our products quickly and in perfect condition. Our products are assessed before being shipped off to our customers, however, if you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item we sincerely apologise. Please contact us via [email protected]  with the subject “FAULTY ITEM” with a photo and quick explanation. Our team will help you resolve these issues and provide you with a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

Other

Although we hope you will fall in love with our products straight away, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange. However, due to hygiene regulations the product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused. The product must be returned, return shipping cost covered by the customer, within 14 days of initially receiving it. We recommend using trackable shipping as Strands of Silk will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. Your refund will be processed within 3 working days. Exchanges will take 3 days to be processed and shipped out.
