At Strands of Silk we want to ensure that all of our customers receive our products quickly and in perfect condition. Our products are assessed before being shipped off to our customers, however, if you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item we sincerely apologise. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “FAULTY ITEM” with a photo and quick explanation. Our team will help you resolve these issues and provide you with a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
Although we hope you will fall in love with our products straight away, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange. However, due to hygiene regulations the product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused. The product must be returned, return shipping cost covered by the customer, within 30 days of initially receiving it.
We recommend using trackable shipping as Strands of Silk will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. For returns regarding change of mind please contact us via email@example.com
