I have long straight black hair for the first time since I was a teenager so I have not been used to looking after hair this length. When I sleep my hair gets caught in my arm pits and stuff and I've noticed how messy my hair is when I wake up. I brush my hair many times per day.
Since I've been sleeping in the silk bonnet for a week or so and I can see a huge difference in my hair!!

I've only been using my sleeping cap for a couple of weeks and I've already noticed less hair fall when I wash and brush my hair. My only critique is that I have a small head and the tie is only just tight enough to not fall off.

I love this curling method, is really nice to sleep in. Curls stay in all night, even though the silk is so soft and buttery. I definitely recommend spending a little more on this brand - there’s ‘silk’ and then there’s ‘silk’ - this is fancy girl silk! ✨
This is my second cap. I used the first every night for a couple of years and loved it, but it was a small, and since my hair has grown I decided a larger cap would be a good idea. I was so happy before, but I can’t believe what a difference having the larger cap has made. My curls are maintained really well overnight. In the morning I just need to scrunch my hair a little and I’m good to go. Hair done!
